Parent Cafes
Parent Cafes are parent-led groups with other parents/caregivers to talk about the joys and challenges of parenting. Participants meet in person to have a guided, but natural conversation about parenting. Cafes help to connect parents/caregivers in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere and help parents to feel less isolated in their parenting journey. The guided questions are based on the protective factors, which have proven to strengthen families. Parents and caregivers leave cafes feeling inspired to continue to use their strengths while taking care of their children.
